His journey in the construction industry began as a civil engineering student at VNR VJIET. It continued with his post-graduate studies in construction management at NICMAR, providing him with a unique perspective on the field. Over the past seven years, he has gained experience at every level, from managing site-level execution to developing software solutions.
Since founding Connect Concrete in 2020, Anurag has been dedicated to leveraging this experience to oversee the company’s operations, sales, and quality. His focus is on ensuring that every batch of concrete produced meets the highest standards, delivering a product that clients can rely on for a strong and durable foundation.
Holds a degree in Civil Engineering from VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNR VJIET), Hyderabad, and a Master’s in Construction Cost and Project Management from the United Kingdom. This academic foundation, combined with global exposure, has shaped a strong vision for innovation, quality, and efficiency in the construction industry.
In 2017, Kumara Swamy Reddy founded KSR Crest, a proprietorship company specializing in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) sector. In 2020, he took over the family business, Connect Concrete, a leading RMC company, where he currently serves as CEO.
Through both ventures, his mission is to deliver reliable concrete solutions that meet industry standards while promoting sustainable infrastructure and fostering long-term client trust.
